central location friendly staff good variety necessary amenities
The location was a major plus. Shops, restaurants, and attractions were very close to the hotel. Staff members were friendly and helpful . They gave great service. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. My room was clean and had all the necessary amenities.
The elevator was small though always available.

i found the location central to major attractions (i walked everywhere!). the staff were very helpful with directions. breakfast had plenty of fresh choices. the restaurant next to the hotel provided convenient dining.
street noise was noticeable at times (earplugs helped).

the reception staff offered cheerful assistance and quickly addressed my questions, providing useful information and directions to nearby attractions (they even helped me with bus routes!). they were very professional.

helpful staff ideal location breakfast variety
the staff was very helpful and spoke english well i found the location ideal for walking to many attractions the breakfast offered a good variety of choices to start the day. i appreciated the cleanliness maintained throughout my stay. the hotel has continental style with hot eggs, bacon and sausage.
the window did not block the street noise adequately making it difficult to sleep on the first night i requested a room change which the receptionist arranged promptly. the replacement room still had a faulty window latch however so the noise insulation remained poor.

the breakfast included hot options like eggs, bacon, and sausage alongside continental selections. the restaurant provided family-owned italian cuisine with reasonable prices. a gelato shop sits opposite the hotel adding convenience.

the room had air conditioning that worked properly even in october. it provided enough space to open luggage. bathrooms looked newly updated and clean. beds ensured comfort.

the hotel location allowed easy walks to the trevi fountain and the roman forum. many attractions remained accessible on foot. its central positioning kept it away from city noises.
